Spicy Korean Pork Bone Soup

The most important ingredient in this soup is the Korean soybean paste called “doenjang”. You can get it in asian supermarkets or foreign food store. The pork bone needs some time to simmer to release their flavours but the wait is oh so worth it! The longer you let it simmer, the better! Good soup come for those who wait.
